The power scaling is all over the place with this anime. In one episode Finn is Bullseye and can never miss a shot. In this episode he can't hit the broadside of a barn. Make up your mind.

the whole episode is about how Finn's mental state is at an all time low due to his reoccurring nightmares and to add on the fact the orphanage is closing down and how bobby found him putting him and his family in danger. The fact that Bobby replicated his trauma only pushed him further to the edge. So for him to be precise as his usually self is unrealistic in this episode. Homie was so traumatize and stuck in a state of panic that he couldn't think straight or call for high card to help him.

YOU CAN'T tell us his power is incredible/perfect accuracy with that gun and have him miss every damned shot in this episode as if he was taught how to shoot by a F**king storm trooper. I know he's trying to adhere to lindseys teachings but get over yourself, your 2nd home is burning to the ground just like your first one, and this guy is threatening to destroy everything you love (i assume this includes the kids and lindsey) get over yourself and take him out, you don't have to kill him if you shoot out his knees/hands or something. Seems like this could have been handled a lot faster if Finn's character wasn't written to handle this so damned poorly and intentionally miss his shots
